We encourage all swimmers to attend as many practices as possible. Swimmers who attend fewer than three practices per week will find that they have difficulty improving their strokes, speed, and endurance. Swimmers should arrive 10 minutes before practice for stretching and warm-up exercises.
Please routinely check the practice schedule on this website, and note that there are exceptions for holidays. Our season is divided into two practice sessions:
- Pre-Season: April 20 through June 5. Practices are in the afternoon.
- Summer Season: June 8 through July 10. Practices will be held every morning with make-up practices on Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the afternoon.
